Here's one simple way to improve the quality of your lectors' proclamations and their impact on the Assembly

Proclaim the WORD

Are you satisfied with the quality of Scripture proclamation in your parish? Want to improve it?

Click on this link (www.lectorsproclaim.org) to see how quickly you can help the men and women who proclaim the Scriptures at each of your parish's weekend liturgies and other special liturgies. An increasing number of people in your position are doing just that! Tell your lectors and Gospel readers to go to www.lectorsproclaim.org and see for themselves how easily they can improve their own efforts. If someone else in your parish has direct responsibility for the Ministry of the Word please kindly forward this email to that person.

The website features the Scripture passages included for each weekend in each of the three liturgical years. These are available as downloads in printed as well as orally recorded formats although the oral recordings are somewhat limited in the number of different liturgies included.

Also available on the site are suggestions and descriptions of training materials thoroughly tested in parishes of the Archdiocese of Atlanta. Just complete the "Contact" tab form to receive more information and examples of the materials.

There are several other features of the website that you may find useful as well. After spending just a few minutes exploring www.lectorsproclaim.org we think you'll agree it is both worth using and worth sharing with others. Thank you for your attention to this message.

Peace!
